This is a very well designed therapeutic face mask. The mask is surprisingly light for something of that size and thickness. It sits on your head very comfortably when you use the head strap. Even the head strap is well designed, it doesn't catch or pull your hair. The LEDs are all on the inside of the mask, and the mask has a fully padded eye surround enclosure to keep the light from getting into your eyes - an essential safety feature. The eye surround in kind of like a diving mask enclosure but is much more comfortable.

The mask is easy to use. The device is controlled by a controller box that lets you select the type of light therapy session you want. You can set it to acne control, skin firming, rejuvenation and skin brightening to give your skin a bit of glow.

It takes a while for you to realize any results. You probably need to use it consistently for at least 2 weeks before you feel any effect. I found that after using it regularly for several weeks, my face did feel firmer and I didn't experience any adverse effects so I'm quite happy with the results so far.
